Each session is a collaborative conversation. We start by listening to you! We will identify challenges and come up with realistic goals and a plan to achieve them. At each subsequent session we will access and adjust strategies based on your progress. It’s a personalized, supportive experience.
Although we don’t provide specific meal plans, we encourage a whole food, plant-based forward approach to eating. The focus is on incorporating more nutrient-dense, plant-rich foods into your diet, which is supported by extensive research and evidence from the Blue Zones, places around the world where people live the longest and healthiest lives. This approach promotes better health and well-being for lasting results.

You’re the expert on your own life. My role is to guide, support, and help you co-create a plan that fits your vision, your habits, and your real world. Together, we build better health on your terms.

Sessions are held via secure video calls. You’ll receive a link with each booking.

Coaching isn’t covered by insurance, but many clients successfully use HSA or FSA funds.
