Hi, I’m Dr. Jasmol Sardana
I’m a physician, but I’m here as your coach.
As an internal medicine physician, Ive seen too many patients walk away knowing what to do but not how to make it work in real life. I became a certified health and wellness coach to fill that gap, meeting you where you are, and helping you turn advice into lasting habits.
This work is personal.
I lost my father to conditions that could have been better managed perhaps maybe even prevented with the right support. I’ve walked my own health journey too, reversing prediabetes and reclaiming my well-being through consistent, sustainable changes, not perfection.

Dr Jasmol is a double-board-certified Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine physician with over ten plus years of combined experience in primary care and lifestyle medicine.
Dr Jasmol received her medical education at Nova Southeastern University, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She completed her Internal Medicine, Primary-Care Track training at the University of Miami and the University of Vermont.
She is also a Fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (FACLM), a distinction that recognizes her leadership and expertise in lifestyle medicine.

Dr Jasmol is available to give meaningful, engaging and informative talks and presentations on various wellness topics at the intersection of plant-based nutrition, lifestyle medicine, culinary medicine, plant based nutrition and health equity.

She is also deeply committed to advancing health equity and actively works to bridge the gap in health disparities through community-centered and evidence-based initiatives.
