Start with a Discovery Call or the Cornerstone Session. We’ll clarify your goals and choose the path that meets your needs and timing.

Sessions are held via secure video calls. You’ll receive a link with each booking.

Coaching isn’t covered by insurance, but many clients successfully use HSA or FSA funds.
What tools or apps will I need to use?
Everything is streamlined. You’ll receive your coaching sessions, BILDprint™, resources, and messages through HIPPA compliant secure platforms.
How do I reschedule or cancel a session?
You can reschedule through your client portal or email me with 24+ hours’ notice. Life happens, we’ll find a time that works.

No this is a coaching relationship, not clinical care. While I am a board-certified physician, coaching services are non-medical and focus on behavior change, goal-setting, and lifestyle strategies.
